Second investment
September 2018

Everglade Windows has added a second EMMEGI Quadra cutting and machining centre to step up the manufacturing capacity for its aluminium windows and doors, and give itself scope for further expansion in the future.

The London-based fabricator bought its original Quadra L1 in 2012 and the same machine was the obvious choice when it was looking to invest again.

Its Quadra L1 can cut, machine and transom notch all in one operation. It machines profiles continuously in 360° without the need to reposition, turn the bar over, or process more than once.

Managing director Yogesh Gopal said: “This investment is all about helping us continue to offer great service levels to our customers, with fast delivery and consistently high product quality. We are impressed with how the machine is operating already alongside the original Quadra L1.

“Having bought Emmegi machines before, we know that we can rely on them for good after-sales support and if there are any issues, we can just pick up the phone and they will resolve it all for us.”
