London-based fabricator EVERGLADE WINDOWS has secured a place amongst the finalists of the Customer Care Initiative of the Year at the G17 awards.
Operations Director, Reena Gjoci, said: "We know that it's having legendary customers that has helped us to become the business we are today, so making the final cut for this category confirms that our customer service initiatives are amongst the best in the industry.
“Being on the shortlist confirms to the new leadership team that we have been successful in preserving the traditional values that Everglade has been built on. After a fantastic first FIT Show and an amazing Customer Conference in July, winning this award would be the icing on the cake for 2017.”
2017 marks 37 years of Everglade and the second generation of the family business has now been appointed officially as directors of the company.
