REYNAERS has been shortlisted for the G18 Awards in the ‘Training and Development inititative of the Year’ category for its new Training Centre. This is the sixth year in a row that Reynaers has been a finalist in the awards.
The dedicated Training Centre is part of the company’s Knowledge Centre, a £6 million development in Birmingham’s Northfield. The facility opened in 2017 and has welcomed more than 1,230 guests since opening its doors.
Marketing manager Rebecca Cope said: “The investment into training is something that we pride ourselves on as it not only allows us to engage with our partners, it generates higher quality workmanship which ensures our clients are receiving the best possible results.”
A team of four specialised training instructors offer both practical and theoretical training courses within the centre, with bespoke courses also available to suit the individual requirements of fabricators, installers and main contractors. The centre also hosts CPD seminars to meet the needs of architects and induction courses for Reynaers employees.
