MERCURY GLAZING SUPPLIES has become the first fabricator to manufacture the new Integral aluminium bifolding door from Epwin Window Systems.

Director Steve Cross said: “Aluminium is the perfect material for bifold doors because it has the lightweight strength that’s required. However, the clinical lines of aluminium frames don’t sit comfortably with the PVC-U windows that are used in the majority of the UK’s homes. Integral bifolds solve this problem because they are an aluminium door with PVC-U detailing that’s designed to suite perfectly with leading PVC-U systems. And for installers, Integral is considerably quicker to glaze due to the flexibility and pre-gasket PVC-U beads.”
