BTEC success

All seven managers at CARL F GROUPCO have successfully undertaken a BTEC course in the Principles of Leadership and Management and the Principles of Managing Performance, the company has announced.

The course, which addressed key management issues, principles and legal matters, was part of Carl F Groupco’s ongoing commitment to training: the department heads gained additional management expertise to assist them in their daily dealings with team members.

One of the main benefits to the company of all its managers receiving the education and instruction has been harmonisation across the organisation. The company adds that management skills have also been developed that support a new online appraisal system that is used on an ongoing basis and accessed by both the managers and their team members.

Non-certified professional management training has also been provided to three Carl F Groupco supervisors, including Management Principles, Appraisals, Managing people and Good Documentation.
