‘Real confidence in aluminium’ 
leads to record year

The growth in aluminium is proving to be good news for BM ALUMINIUM, exclusive UK supplier of Orgadata’s LogiKal software, which reports a record year, with 13% increase in turnover this year from 11% more customers. It is also good news for staff who have seen their numbers grow by 20%, along with a move to new premises.

Managing director Dean Hodges said: “Software used to be seen as an everyday requirement for processing orders into production but, for many, it is increasingly being viewed as a crucial part of their business, capable of delivering meaningful cost and time savings.

“There is a real confidence across the aluminium sector at the moment and the boom in machinery orders is having a positive impact on our business. We have a specialist team who set up machine links for customers and they are probably busier than they have ever been.”

He concluded: “We’ve had a record year in 2016/17 and are very optimistic about 2018. We are certainly not complacent though. We plan to keep on reinvesting in our team and in our products to keep pace with the expanding market.”
