IRONMONGERYDIRECT online and mail order supplier of ironmongery products, has partnered with Stone Productions to create its first animated TV advert.

The campaign features an animated character called Ron Mongery, inspired by real customers. The character will subsequently be rolled out to feature across all marketing collateral and channels.

The firm launched the advert this month with Sky Adsmart.
IronmongeryDirect managing director Wayne Lysaght-Mason, said: “We wanted to create a unique ad that portrays a strong brand image and grabs the attention of tradespeople. The use of animation is an eye-catching way to market some of our great offerings, such as next day delivery and our excellent Trustpilot customer review rating of 9.6/10.
