Edgetech joins CAB

Edgetech has joined the Council for Aluminium in Building (CAB).

Alan Fielder, director of sales and marketing of Edgetech, said: “The aluminium sector of our market is an area that is still witnessing growth despite difficult trading conditions. While it may seem somewhat paradoxical that our range of warm edge technology products effectively offers an alternative to aluminium spacer bars within the window, we work closely with manufacturers of all materials, including aluminium.

“We took the decision to join CAB because we want to do everything we can to keep our aluminium fabricator customers at the forefront of both the domestic and commercial window markets. Edgetech is already a member of several industry groups to ensure we stay ahead of market developments and have the very latest information on new trends or changing legislation for our customers.

“CAB is an extremely proactive organisation that not only provides the very latest market and legislative information on a regular basis, but also provides further fantastic networking opportunities. We look forward to making the most of our membership and working with CAB to further support our customers.”

Justin Ratcliffe, chief executive of CAB said: “We have known the hard working team at Edgetech for many years and we are delighted that a company of their stature has decided to join CAB. Just as important is the fact that they have immediately become involved in our wide range of added value activities.”
