Swansea-based aluminium manufacturing and installation company AB GLASS has been awarded a certificate for outstanding and commended safety performance by the South and West Wales Safety Group.

The accolade was presented to managing director Alan Brayley by Matthew Hamar, Wales engagement partner, health and safety executive, at an awards dinner held earlier this month at Parc y Scarlets, Llanelli.

The South and West Wales Safety Group is a local health and safety support organisation that provides a source of information, advice and training on workplace health and safety. The organisation is affiliated to the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) and has over 90 members.

Alan Brayley said: “Not only does this award acknowledge the efforts the team at AB Glass puts into our safety polices to ensure our company always operates stringently, but is also showcases our integrity as a business that continuously functions to the highest levels of safety.”
