Another coater joins Qualicoat

Midlands-based powder coater CMK (Treatments) Limited has been accepted as a member of Qualicoat UK & Ireland.

Bruce Gardner, CMK Managing Director, said: “When we installed our new plant some seven years ago, it was supplied to meet the Qualicoat Standard as we always intended to join Qualicoat. With legislative changes and the growth of Qualicoat in the UK and overseas, we believe the time is now right to become fully involved with the Association.

“We have undergone all the inspections from Qualicoat’s Independent Testing House, IFO, and we are proud to become an approved Qualicoat licence holder.”

A number of other companies are currently undertaking initial inspections to become Qualicoat approved.
