‘Aluprof on Prestigious North West Project’

One New Bailey is a new office development in Salford on the north bank of the River Irwell, situated next to Spinningfields and close the Lowry Hotel.

Aluprof’s ‘capless’ curtain wall system, the MB-SR50N Efekt was used on all elevations of the new build and the fabrication and installation of the curtain wall was undertaken by CSi, Commercial Systems International, of Humberside.

Stuart Green, Managing Director of CSi said: “We are proud to be a part of such a prestigious project in the heart of Salford’s new central business district. Our installation team completed a top notch installation and we are looking forward to working with contractor Bowmer & Kirkland on future projects.

One New Bailey, was developed by English Cities Fund (ECf), working closely with Salford Council and is funded and is owned by Legal & General. The building was designed by Aedas RHWL architects, who also are responsible for the masterplan of the area.
