DEBAR has launched its DeWall aluminium Bi-folding door system into the UK following its debut at Fensterbau in March.

The DeWall Aluminium system is an inline system offering above ground bottom running with per-panel weights of 120KG, widths of 1.2mts and heights 3mts. The system includes optional features such as slim sightlines, adjustable jambs and multiple threshold options. It is available on Logikal software and utilizes the latest technology in the design of bespoke hardware, resulting in a high performance and extremely contemporary looking door.

The system has recently achieved certification to PAS 24 for enhanced security performance requirements for door sets, which will enable customers to achieve Document Q compliance and Secured By Design status. In the BS 6375 Part 1 weather test, itmachieved air @ 600pa class 4, water @ 600Pa class 9a and wind resistance @ 1200pa class A3. With U Values of 1.7 it also offers excellent thermal values, delivering all round high performance.

It also incorporates our high quality hardware such as; concealed shoot-bolt locks with cylinder option, colour matched handles and magnetic door holders.” He continued “With the recent certification for both PAS 24 and BS6375 weather tests, we are very excited that Debar is now able to offer this real contender to the marketplace as an alternative to those products already available, we look forward to supplying satisfied customers both old and new”.
