Toon to judge FIT show photo comp

FIT Show organisers have announced that Adrian Toon, Immediate Past President for the Council for Aluminium in Building, has been named as judge for this year’s Installation of the Year Twitter competition.

He will, on a monthly basis, examine all entries and consider which he feels are the best before the public decide on an overall winner chosen from the shortlist of monthly winners. The winner will be announced at the FIT Show’s gala dinner on 24th May.

“It’s an honour to have been asked to judge the Installer of the Year competition,” said Adrian, “The FIT Show is an integral part of the industry and in adding this new competition to its repertoire proves there is no limit to its desire to recognise the best of the best when it comes to the window, door and conservatory industry.”

Adrian is also the Immediate Past President of the Federation of European Window and Curtain Walling Manufacturers’ Associations (FAECF), a federation that represents the façade industry across Europe.

Photographic entries can be submitted via Twitter for the Installation of the Year competition using the hashtag #FITInstallation including a short description of the installation and product used.

The FIT Show 2017 takes place on 23-25th May.
