Window Ware has appointed Brad Jackson as Area Sales Manager to provide regional support and hardware expertise to customers in the Midlands, Derby, South Yorkshire and mid Wales following the retirement or Alan Carvell.

Before Window Ware, Brad spent four years working for a window fabricator in Coventry and another four for a hardware brand.

“I have always wanted to get in to sales,” he said. “And when the opportunity arose to join Window Ware, I knew the role would be a good fit for me with both my fabricator and hardware experience. I spoke to ex-colleagues about the company and the positive feedback I got back prompted me to apply.

“My predecessor had formed strong, long-standing working relationships with many fenestration firms in the region and I want to build on those solid foundations.”

Commercial Director, Richard Bryant added: “The company has its origins in fabrication and we’re keen to stay close to our roots. By actively employing people with real fabricator experience, we can build and maintain our practical knowledge and understanding of what window and door manufacturers want from a supply partner to ensure we’re meeting and even exceeding expectations with every interaction.”
