UAP LTD has added another accreditation to their company profile with the Investors of People stamp of approval.

Paul Devoy, Head of Investors in People, said: “Achieving the Investors in People Standard is something that any organisation should be truly proud of. Wendy Rushton, UAP Financial Director replied: “This is a fantastic achievement for us as we did nothing but business as usual to get it. We endeavour to provide an environment where our staff are happy, enjoy the work they do and feel part of a family.

“We achieved IIP because the biggest asset of any company is its staff and we invest and continually support and train ours. We make sure staff are fully aware of what the company is all about, what we want to achieve and where their role fits into this.
