ALUK is ‘Putting the Show in your Showroom’ with a new online Marketing Hub where customers can access a range of marketing resources to support their own sales of AluK products, including everything from product and range brochures to showroom posters and even branded mugs.

The Hub is a bespoke portal created within the main website. Customers receive their own unique log in and can then scroll through everything that is available.

When they place that order, a message is sent to AluK so that it can be delivered as quickly and efficiently as possible. Once they are logged in, customers can manage their own orders, track the delivery and even create their own reports.

Marketing Director Sioned Webb said: “We know our marketing material puts us ahead of the competition, and we want to give our customers that same advantage. This is a key part of our commitment to providing the very best customer service in the industry and we’ve made sure it’s a really user friendly platform which we are confident our fabricators and installers will love.

“We will be adding the option to personalise all the marketing collateral in the coming months and even creating an image library for customers to download our professional images for their own use.”
