Longleat visitors’ centre
August 2016

THE WINDOW OUTLET has been chosen to provide its aluminium products to the construction of a new visitor’s centre at Longleat Safari Park in Wiltshire.

The project, in conjunction with Somerset-based installation experts Permaframe, saw four AluK bifold doors, two aluminium double doors, and two AluK SL52 curtain walling screens fitted as part of a new education centre at Longleat.

“This was the first time we’ve worked with The Window Outlet, and we were hugely impressed,” said Richard Smith, Permaframe Managing Director. “It’s really refreshing to find an aluminium company that’s being so proactive about customer service, making strides that other fabricators have been unwilling or unable to make - as installers, we especially appreciate the company’s commitment to quick lead times.

It’s a testament to the passion and commitment of Ben and the rest of the Window Outlet team that they’ve been able to establish such an excellent business in such a short amount of time – and here at Permaframe, we very much hope we’ll get to work with them again at some stage in the future.”

Ben Warren, MD of The Window Outlet added: “We’re always delighted when any of our products get specified and installed – but there’s no doubt it’s especially gratifying when we get to be part of high-profile projects like this one. Longleat Safari Park is one of the UK’s biggest and most successful tourist attractions, and it’s been an honour and a privilege to play a part in helping it gear up for the future. In two short years, we’ve already managed to work on major commercial projects right across the south of England – and as we continue to develop and grow as a business, I’m keen for us to continue making important contributions to landmark developments all around the country, not just in our region.”
