New Sales Director for Chemetall Limited

Chemetall, a division of Rockwood Holdings, Inc. has appointed Wayne Brown as the new Sales Director for Chemetall Limited for the UK and Ireland. His role will be to reposition successfully the Chemetall surface treatment business to strengthen and grow its market share in these countries.

Wayne Brown joined Chemetall in 2008, when he was recruited for the role of Global Key Account Manager for the Japanese and Korean automotive manufacturers. He has over 25 years of experience working in the chemical industry, with 20 of them being spent within the automotive sector both in the UK and globally. Wayne Brown will bring to his new UK role a good understanding of Japanese working principles such as Kaizen, 5S, TPS, Genchi Genbutsu gained from his involvement working with companies such as Toyota, Nissan, Honda, Hyundai and KIA, as well as the benefit of his expertise in running a Chemetall global business area.
