Open event highlights SBD award

More than 100 people attended an open event held by the TWR Group, where it was announced that the company had achieved Secured by Design (SBD) status for its aluminium doors, that incorporate VBH hardware.

Peter Rowlands, Managing Director at VBH UK, presented TWR with the certificate for the accreditation and spoke to attendees. 

Guests were given a tour of the factory and introduced to the company’s products including Warmcore, Rehau Total 70 and Calibre as well as its aluminium bending facility and its soon to be built second powder coating and colour facility.

Terry Richardson, who is the founder and Managing Director of the TWR Group, said: “The aim of the open day was to show the industry the breadth of our capabilities and the extent to which the business has grown. There is no doubt we are one of the fastest growing companies in the industry and our investment in infrastructure, technology and people make us a powerful partner for any home improvement company.”
