Phil Rice joins the management team of hardware distributor Carl F Groupco as Business Development Manager for SmartSecure, the company’s new smart door locking and access control brand.

A strong career history for Phil Rice includes eight years working in a range of management roles for one of the largest global suppliers of intelligent lock and security solutions. Immediately prior to joining Carl F Groupco he was responsible for access control business development for a UK safety security protection company.
