ERA, there and everywhere!

FIT Show visitors were given a preview of ERA EVERYWHERE, the hardware supplier’s online ordering system due for launch soon with 365-days a year ordering for over 10,000 ERA and Fab & Fix products.

The supplier says the key benefits of ERA Everywhere go way beyond simple ordering, as customers can also manage every aspect of their account including reviewing invoices up to two years old, while The ‘front end’ also delivers customer-specific offers and will host new product developments relevant to the needs of the individual customer.

Paul Reid, Group Sales Director explained: “the purchasing habits of our customers vary significantly but they all share the same common need to find solutions that make doing business easier.”

One of the key motivations for the development of ERA Everywhere is the need to keep customers up to date on key changes to regulations and legislation, this capability will be a valuable service for all customers, Paul Reid explained: “the portal is a powerful tool – we envisage it will be a one-stop-shop for many of our customers seeking advice, guidance and of course our vast product range.”
