Reducing Window Production Costs

Window Manufacturing Consultant Bob Scott has developed a series of Window & Door Production Management Workshops, through his company AnT Training.

Starting in June this year, the 2-day workshops will cover all aspects of production management and are based on Lean Manufacturing + Theory of Constraints methods - adapted specifically for the window industry. There will be three workshops in the series, starting with foundation, then intermediate running through to advanced production management methods.

AnT (Action not Theory) workshops include the use of simulation tools to enable participants to experience the benefits of adopting the Lean approach to manufacture, along with demonstrating the benefits of teamwork on the shop floor environment.
