New return-to-door lock
April 2015

HOPPE’s range of Arrone mechanical push button digital locks has been joined by the AR500 range, heavy duty series which features a full-size return-to-door lever handle.

The AR500series is ideal for applications where moderate security is required in heavy duty settings such as offices, schools, warehouses, hospitals, care homes, nurseries, hotels, and leisure facilities.

A fully reversible return-to-door handle makes the Arrone digital lock range simple to operate with push button codes of up to seven digits (although a code-free option is also available). Inside the door, the lock is operated either by a pad lever or hexagonal turn knob. There are 8,000 code combinations, typically with a single user code of four to seven digits.

The AR500 range of digital locks is suitable for timber or metal doors from 33mm to 55mm thick – but longer spindles & fixings are available for thicker doors. They can be used on fire doors having been successfully fire tested to BS EN1634 Part 1 for use on 30 and 60 minute timber fire doors. Hoppe also offers versions of its Arrone digital locks that are compatible with its range of panic and emergency exit hardware.
