Ringing the Changes at The Promac Group
April 2013

David Stockton-Chalk Chairman of The Promac Group is delighted to announce the appointment of Joe Hague to Group Managing Director in conjunction with that of Wayne Hunter’s move to Group Operations Director. David explains: “Whilst Joe and Wayne have served the business very well in their previous directorial roles, I believe these appointments are necessary and will better serve the long term aspirations of the group.”

Joe has more than 12 years service with the world class supplier of glass, PVC and aluminium machinery, and moves into his new role from Group Commercial Director.

Joe comments: “It is an honour and a privilege to continue the great work that David and our beloved previous Managing Director Derek Bonnard started over thirty years ago and I feel a deep sense of responsibility to our staff, suppliers and customers alike.”

“There are many challenges that we and other businesses face through these difficult economic times but our focus on continuous service improvement whilst developing relevant, cost effective initiatives is a priority. During the past 12 months we have implemented various structural and process changes that will better serve our customers.”

The announcements come amidst the backdrop of the FIT Show where the group will exhibit live machinery demonstrations and announce service enhancements such as Promac Live Service a technical support package which includes real time video link.

Wayne Hunter remarks: “I’m incredibly proud of what our service delivery team have achieved over the recent past and I look forward to supporting and developing the platform we have built. Delivering consistent service excellence has become a part of our culture and I believe enhancements like Promac Live Service will add tangible benefit to our customers.”
