New software technician

Business Micros (Aluminium) has appointed Ian Hannis as a software technician with a brief to help customers maximise the potential and benefits of its LogiKal software system.

Ian will be installing software and providing training for customers across the UK and Ireland.

He said: “With my knowledge of the glazing industry and understanding of how software like LogiKal can benefit aluminium glazing companies, I will be helping our customers to get as much as possible from their investment.

“Our software isn’t a one-off installation and training session. Instead, we are focused on giving customers the tools and training they need to maximise the advantages which LogiKal can offer in quoting, manufacturing, streamlining and making positive changes to protect margins.”

Ian’s appointment is in line with Business Micros (Aluminium)’s stated objective of providing the very highest levels of service and support to its customers and follows the recent appointment of Slavomir Heyduk as a programming support technician.
