KAT UK launched the new Beaufort Patio Door to the UK and Irish markets during October.

The first showing of the door was at the Building Exhibition, RDS Dublin from 7th to 10th October 2010. “As KAT are Beaufort’s preferred supplier in Ireland it was the ideal opportunity for us to launch the door there, we have exhibited at the show for many years and our regular customers have come to expect us to have a new product each year, and so far we haven’t let them down,” said Carol Sherlock, general manager of Kat’s Aluminium Division.

The new Sliding Door system allows you to create various door combinations of both fixed light and sliding doors, it is available in single, double and triple track options allowing us to create the exact style to complement any application. In the right market we believe aluminium Patio Sliding Doors are as popular a choice today as they ever were.

Many of Kat’s customers visited the stand and look at the range of products on show. “While the economy has not been great in recent years, the market in Ireland continues to be a successful one for KAT UK. We deliver regularly once a fortnight with a full 7.5 tonne vehicle so we must be doing something right,” added managing director Jonathan Sheard. “Our senior management team are committed to returning to this show year after year. It is they who man the stand for the duration of the show and is a reflection of their enthusiasm to continue to supply this market.”
