Good employer

 

Alumet has been listed in Building magazine’s Good Employer Guide 2010. By making the list Alumet have proven themselves as one of the top 50 businesses to work for in the UK construction industry.
 
Achieving the listing required Alumet to excel in a confidential questionnaire issued to all members of staff which detailed their views of the company. Alumet were judged on areas including social responsibility, smart working, feel good factor, leadership and inspiration.
 
This is the third time the company have made the listing. Director Dean Walton said: “Despite the recent recession we have continued to commit to our staff. We have expanded our workforce and our facilities as well as constructing dedicated training facilities. These investments coupled with our numerous charity and community activities all help to keep staff morale high.”
