New ownership for Carl F
Tommico (owners of Groupco) has bought Carl F Petersen, after Danish group Sanistaal sold some non-core operations.
Carl F’s managing director, John Crittenden, said: “Both Groupco and Carl F are profitable organisations, neither company has made a loss in the last 10 years. Under the new ownership, the two businesses will combine forces to considerably strengthen our position in the industry.
“Our success at providing high quality hardware products backed by excellent service has been recognised by Tommico and the investment in Carl F Petersen is set to move the company forward in its third decade of trading.”
