G10 exhibitions’ ‘value for money’

Exhibitors at this year’s G10 Regional exhibitions will receive a furniture and electrics package as part of the price of their stand, plus increased brand visibility via a new website.

Tony Higgin, organiser of the G10 regional exhibitions, said: “It’s important to reinforce the premise that the G10 Regional Exhibitions are designed to be as hassle-free for exhibitors as possible, and by including a furniture and electrics package as part of the stand cost, it lessens the paperwork an exhibitor has to worry about beforehand.

“The stands are all standard 3m x 2m shell scheme again this year, which negates the need for elaborate and expensive stand-build costs, and it made sense to extend the offering to include the furniture that most exhibitors ordered last year anyway.” The package comprises not only a table, chairs and literature rack, but also a power socket and two spotlights.”

Tony has also employed the services of dedicated exhibition web supplier, ASP, which works with all the major exhibition organisers, not just in the UK but across the world. The company has 11 years’ experience in providing bespoke websites for event organisers, and the G10 Regional Exhibitions & Awards website, launched on 1 February, will offer exhibitors their own company page upon which they can upload a variety of corporate and product information, including logos, press releases and images.

Marketing manager Claire Shilling said: “In 11 years I’ve yet to find a better web supplier for an event. Their expertise offers a more user-friendly site for people interested in both the exhibitions and the awards, plus the huge benefit of the amount of branding it offers each exhibitor to each event. The new site offers enhanced features that really help to push exhibitors’ messages out.”

The dates for this year’s events are:
21-22 April, Aston Villa Football Club, Birmingham
29-30 June, Europa Hotel, Belfast
1-2 December, Wembley Stadium, London.

The G10 Awards Presentation and Gala Dinner remains in London for a second year and takes place on the final evening of the London event in early December.

The G10 Regional Exhibitions & Awards website is available from 1 February at www.g-events.co.uk
