Beaufort has launched a brand new suite of aluminium doors to complement its award-winning Advanced Plus aluminium window range.
Beaufort’s new Advanced Plus doors offers choice, with both folding sliding and residential doors successfully tested to meet the latest building standards for weather, security and general performance.
Beaufort’s new doors are designed to integrate fully with the Advanced Plus window range, allowing fabricators to offer a complete aluminium package for residential applications, and reduce stockholding by using frames, transoms and mullions from the same high performance suite.
There are over 30 panel and door configurations of the Advanced Plus folding sliding door, enabling up to a 90% aperture opening.
The versatile panel options allow virtually any style and design to be created, and single and double traffic doors can be positioned anywhere in the panel configuration. Beaufort’s folding sliding door also has a patent pending handle design that sits flush to the frame so panels can be stacked virtually flat in their opened position.
Russell Yates, Beaufort’s technical director, said: “This latest development has been driven by demand for a residential door suite that not only performs well and looks great but can also be fully integrated with our acclaimed Advanced Plus aluminium windows. Fabricators can easily add the doors to their range as there’s no need for specialist machinery.”
